of our gender. It is obvious that Japan is far behind than the United States on the concept of women workers. Japan is still taking baby steps toward the acceptance of these women. However, in order for this to be accomplished, Japan needs to be a little more open-minded and have to come to the realization that it is 2004, and time as well as the people will change accordingly.
