So as far as we can see, the Paris Peace Settlement was a complete failure, in a way it actually made matters even worse than before. Yes, there was at least an extremely small sight of success, however nevertheless all the treaties signed and all the aims that were planned to be achieved were a failure, and could actually start a new war in the future.
