Atomic Bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The changed it brought were not necesserely good, but necessary and benefitial in the long run. The horror ended and the millions of people got to keep their lives and the lives of their loved ones. It was the inevitable act that had to be done to stop the war.
