During these times when even our leaders do everything in their power to make things possible while prohibited by the law, it is refreshing to see how MMDA Chairman Bayani Fernando, Bulacan Governor Josie dela Cruz and former AFP Chief of Staff General Efren Abu effectively implement their policies in their own field.
