The US will forever be changed from the acquisition of Hawaii because of their fruit and other exports. They have been a huge player in the trade of pineapple, flowers, and other resources. Also, the Pearl Harbor naval base has greatly assisted the United States and marks a place in history, the start of WWII. Hawaii is and has been the link from America to Asia and its countries within.
