The landing on the moon was an accomplishment for humankind everywhere, but the world cannot forget that it was an American accomplishment. polish our cultural beliefs so that anyone may have any dream. Landing on the moon proved that seemingly far-fetched goals can be obtained. And through the perseverance and intelligence required to pull of a trip to the moon, America has also gained political respect and power. Our history is richer and our country is stronger; but most importantly, our progress unites the world, not as different races, colors, genders, religions or ethnicities, but as mankind.
