Still, one wonders how valuable this acknowledgement is if it is sugar-coated to this degree. Perhaps this article only makes it easier for society to ignore elderly women's issues. We can read this article and feel secure knowing that older women are taken care of, content to chit chat over coffee after rocking out with Jane Fonda.
