…showed last 75 words of 1440 total…went to more than two decimal places may also have helped this problem. Without knowing it, there may have been a large difference between the real answer, and the answer the ammeter I used gave me. For instance: 0.095A, 0.10A - 0.100A, O.104A.
However, changing the variable resistor would have made no difference. A computer may have been able to get extremely precise readings, and this would have been better than the ammeter used.
