After reading the book, I decided to write my position paper on the content of Chapter3: The Ethical Gymnast. I can identify with several of the scenarios that Mazzeo describes in this chapter. During the past 14 years at Sears, I have observed several very similar situations in my workplace.

circumstances. Although one does not know what they would do until they were in the same situation. Honesty and integrity must be your guiding light during any situation in life. If you do not have a clear conscience in your current job or profession, then it may be time to seek "new cheese". I do agree with the overall purpose of the entire book, it really does get you thinking about the subject of ethics.
