On February 15, 1820, Susan Brownwell Anthony was born into a Quaker family in Adams, Massachusetts. Susan B. Anthony had a few things that helped push the North and South apart. One of the things was about her views on slavery and her working on the Underground Railroad. However, even though Susan B. Anthony wanted equal rights for all, she devoted her entire life's work to getting women the rights they deserve.
