is a dubious topic, steps must be taken to ensure that both the employer and employee both know where they stand with regards to what can and cannot be done as this will eliminate many potential problems. If a feasible and coherent solution is not achieved, the loss of privacy may not only be found within the workplace, but everywhere else. After all, if a company can monitor an unknowing employee, why cant anyone else?
