Repetative Strain Injury (RSI) RSI, or Repetative Strain Injury, most commonly damages the arms, wrists, shoulders, back and neck. Your wrists should not rest on anything, or be bent in any way. This will help by not making your fingers have to stretch to reach some of the keys.
