Everyone has certain qualities or traits that influence one's decisions, which can be either beneficial or detrimental. …showed last 75 words of 795 total…but I have worked hard with overcoming my procrastination. As mentioned before, none of us are perfect, but we can surely strive to be the best we can. We need to recognize our strengths and weaknesses and set our goals to improving ourselves. The next step for me is to set a plan into action to work diligently at my undesirable weaknesses, while at the same time continuing to enhance the positive skills I have.
