United States help given towards Great Britain and France.
Even without the bombing of Pearl Harbor, actions overseas would have eventually driven the United States into the war. Pearl Harbor just simply sped up the amount of time until the United States would finally become involved in World War II. There is no doubt that Roosevelt would not have allowed the "Epidemic of Lawlessness" to spread so far throughout the world, possibly infecting fellow democracies.
