a policy of democracy, where people decide what is best for government. The decision of marijuana legalization should be given to the voters just as in Arizona and California. For too long there has been a ban on marijuana, and it is time for the public to join together and force a change. Someday soon perhaps voters and officials will be able to sit together and join in the tradition of passing the peace pipe.
