Native Americans and Aboriginal people have had to overcome a lot in the past. Both groups have been discriminated against, and are presently still being discriminated against. And, both groups are involved in the slow process of assimilation. Until the minority group in both America and Australia recognize that there is a problem, and that actions should be taken to better this problem I fear that the struggles for these groups are not nearly over.
