allow Napster to generate revenue through advertisements. With over 20 million users this advertising revenue would easily offset the cost of purchasing the rights to continue to distribute MP3s. Through an agreement similar to what I have suggested Napster would be transformed from a pirate to a pioneer industry. What is now the bane of the music industry's existent could easily take music sales to another level with increased customer satisfaction and greater spending habits .
