Shakespeares presentation of Beatrice and Benedick at the end of the play contrasts in many ways to the earlier appearances of the two characters. For example they both still have thei continuos banters with each other and also a false image which they live upto in public. Her quiteness may suggest that she has now taken on the conventional role-which she has by marrying Benedick. Also the play ends before a marriage maybe suggesting that the are enjoying the freedom before marriage, as marriage is an order in itself presccribed by God.
