An American surgeon is preparing to perform an amputation on a prisoner in Cuba. This is a very vital operation, and can be very hard on a person emotionally as well as physically. they should all be killed. However, as a country, they have killed thousands of Americans and they have effected every American emotionally. As a human being, this person has a right to live, and if this operation is essential than he should have the surgery done. But, he should not be treated any differently than any of the other prisoners, and should not be able to make "friendships" with Americans and take advantage of them.
