In Summary both movies failed to live up to Locke's ideas because there wasn't equality. In both movies the boys and animals, that represented people, showed that people will form separation. Both movies show that there must be a fair government that creates laws, enforces them, and represents the people. Without this kind of government there would be disorder and destruction.
