not available to everyone, people mistake the fact that not everyone has a computer or the internet at their home so they have to rely on the library to have the information they need or a computer that is unoccupied.
To have a complete assortment of resources I would recommend using both the internet and the library. That way you can be the most realistic and comprehensive as possible when preparing and writing a paper.
