people will vote. Elections have been won solely on a candidate's views on Taxes, Medicare and Social Security. Issues that have, in recent years been considered ills of the past, a source of perplexity, distress, or vexation among Americans. A successful "Candidate" for Presidency is one that promises to fix these problems, and a successful "President" is one that at least alleviates some of the torment these and other issues of the past have cause.
