As shown, there has been much change in class distinctions and relationships in China. The modern relationships and distinctions are vastly different from those in dynastic China, and this is shown in contemporary film and literature. The relationships have gone from almost nonexistent to the rich giving to the poor, something that would've never happened if not for contemporary film and literature and communist influence.
