Agency and the government of the United States have undermined the rights granted to us as a citizen by the Constitution using their communications vacuum known as Echelon.
Using the UKUSA agreement, foreign nations spy on citizens of the United States by using the Echelon system and send the data back to the United States to analyze. This is wrong and an insult to the citizens of this country and the creators of the amendment.
