The high accident rate in Israel has always been a problem. People die in vehicle accidents every day, but our government to be more interested in other issues, and fails to solve this problem. It's a pity that they don't realize the severity of it. And finally, driver's licence holders should be re-tested every few years. Is this unfair? After all, if a good driver could pass his driving test once, why should he have any problem passing it again?
