If experiments in human cloning are allowed they should be carefully monitored and conducted by a carefully selected team. All experiments should be publicized excessively to help keep them under control. It would be smart to set a law limiting the amount of clone experiments allowed each year. In my opinion it would not be wise to start cloning dead people, I feel it would disrespect them.
