I have progressed from the 'I will teach and you will listen' mentality of the instructors I had at Cosford eighteen years ago towards full inclusivity of the student in the teaching process. I am sure that after this observation and evaluation of my own teaching methods I will improve again. My teaching has been enhanced just by experiencing the varied teaching styles on offer from the other students on this course.
