A very prevalent topic these days, whether in the workplace or at a college, is affirmative action. Many people are Pro-affirmative action, and many are against. I,for one, am against it. I believe that affirmative action creates a lower standard to those of minority groups, and encourages them to think they deserve what they have not earned. I also think affirmative actions takes away from those white males who have worked twice as hard
