"The Bride of Frankenstein" was made in 1935 as a continuation of "Frankenstein" of 1931. The film started with the camera panning toward the window, shooting the storm of lightning and thunder. It was the house of Lord Byron and with him were the poet Shelley and his young wife Mary Shelley. several terrific moments. Also the acting was astonishing, the brutality of people, craziness of Pretorius, fearful-looking of the monster's bride and the helplessness of Frankenstein. Frankenstein might be a character of inhuman monster; still it has the beautiful heart of human nature: friendliness, joy, sadness. It is the cruelty and discrimination of human that force the fierceness of the monster to emerge. What's ugly is not the appearance of Frankenstein but the heart of human.
